Payment Terms & Conditions
The card payment charge is 4%. We are willingly responsible for half of it. So, please add 2% to the amount of your payment. For example, if your deposit amount is 1000 USD, then you should add 2% and enter the amount 1020 USD.
BOOKING WITH US
Once you decide to book your tour with us, confirmation can be made by following ways:
- A deposit of 20% of the full payment is required to confirm the tour. The remaining balance of the tour must be done at least 1 month prior to the starting date of the services. 100% advance payment is possible.
- You can pay your deposit via bank transfer or with your card. We accept all types of cards.
- The card payment charge is 4%.
- Please be informed that you should pay the bank charge of 20-35 USD for each transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
- Any alternation/ cancellation shall be agreed upon & made in written form.
- $50.0 service charge per person will be assessed on cancellation received at least 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date for clients.
- Cancellations fees are as follows:
- $50.0 per person will be charged for cancellation, received 30 calendar days prior to arrival
- 25% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 14-30 calendar days prior to arrival
- 50% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 8-13 calendar days prior to arrival
- 80% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 4-7 calendar days prior to arrival
- 100% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 1-3 business days and on the arrival date.
- The minimum charge for cancellation is a service fee of $50.0 per person
COMPLAINT POLICY
- A complaint must be informed to us during the Service or within 3 calendar days after the service.
- If any customer has any complaints about The Services purchased or express any dissatisfaction whatsoever, we will take all possible steps to resolve amicably such complaints.
