Day-1. Flaming Cliffs / Bayanzag

Early in the morning fly to Dalanzadgad. Our guide and driver will meet you upon your arrival at Gobi airport. Drive to Flaming cliffs. This site is famous for the remains of dinosaurs. Visit the information center, hike on the Flaming cliffs, and see saxaul trees. 1h, 20 minutes flight. 2h of driving.

Day 1: Khongor sand dunes

After lunch nearby Flaming cliffs, drive to Khongor sand dune. Khongor sand dune is the tallest sand dune in Mongolia. Visit the camel herder's family, ride on a two-humped camel, climb to the sand dune, and see the sunset. 3 hours of driving.

Day 2: Yolyn Am

Drive to Yolyn am. Visit the small natural museum at the entrance. Hike to the ice gorge of Yoliin Am. One of the most picturesque places in the Gobi desert. Relax and sleep at a tourist camp. 3-4hours driving.
